Wayne Sidwell
Executive Chairman
Wayne founded the Wellcom business in 2000. Wayne has led the team which has grown the business to its current position as a significant participant in providing pre-media services for the printing, internet, on-line and television industries. He has overseen the acquisition of six businesses and continues to have a strong focus on sales and marketing in the retail and corporate sector. Wayne has been involved in the printing and graphic arts industry for over 40 years. He was previously managing director of Show Ads Pty Ltd, a family owned graphic arts and pre-press business before being appointed Executive Director and General Manager in 1993 when that company was acquired by the publicly listed Shomega Limited. Shomega Limited was purchased by PMP Limited in 1996 and Wayne was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Show Ads business.
Kerry Smith
Non Executive Director
Kerry Smith is a former Managing Director of the Schroders Australia Group and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia for over 25 years. Kerry joined the Board of Wellcom Group Limited on 16 March 2006 and serves as Chairman of the company's Audit Committee. He is also on the Board of the listed company, SMS Management & Technology Limited.
Charles Anzarut
Non Executive Director
Charles Anzarut combines his work as a practicing solicitor with his role as a non-executive director of the company. Charles joined Wellcom Group Limited upon its inception in May 2005 and presently serves on both the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Charles is also a Principal of Anzarut & Holm Lawyers.

Julian Graham

Julian was one of the founding members of the Wellcom business and joined in 2000. He was previously the CFO of ShowAds. Julian has over 20 years experience in finance in the manufacturing, software and premedia industries. He has a degree in business and is an associate of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.

Since completing his apprenticeship in the early 90's, Mick has spent the next 15 years of his career in sales and new business. Joining Wellcom in 2002 as NSW Retail Account Director and then elevated to NSW General Manager in 2004. Mick held this position until September 2007 when he was promoted to head up the strategy and global new business development for The Wellcom Group.
Steve Rees
Chief Operating Officer
Steve joined Wellcom as General Manager of the South Australian operations in 2003. Prior to joining Wellcom, Steve spent 14 years with Show Ads holding various roles including Managing Director and General Manager of Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Steve has over 30 years experience in the advertising, printing and pre-press industries.

Chris Grawe
General Manager
Wellcom / Keenes London
Chris has been in the industry since 1987 and joined Keenes in 1995. He has had multiple roles during his time at Keenes since starting as a retoucher. After successfully implementing Colour Management throughout the business Chris was promoted to Creative Services Manager. During his time in this role Chris performed a complete overhaul of the photographic and retouching departments and turned them into the companies largest growth area. Chris was promoted to General Manger of Keenes in Autumn 2010.
Andrew Sidwell
Victorian General Manager
Since graduating from his degree in Business (Marketing) at La Trobe University in 2002, Andrew has held account management roles at QBE Insurance, iPrint and Wellcom Group where he has been responsible for managing some of the groups largest blue-chip clients including Australia Post and Pacific Brands. Andrew was promoted to General Manager of Digital House in 2009 and led its transition to a modern variable data-centric digital printing business prior to taking on the role of General Manager of Wellcom Victoria in 2010.
Craig Bevan
NSW General Manager
Craig joined Wellcom in 2003 & was promoted to General Manager of NSW operations in 2007. Prior to joining Wellcom, Craig worked for Show-Ads for 10 years finishing there as Operations Manager of the Sydney business. Craig has over 21 years of experience in the graphic arts & pre-media industries.
